RETURN POLICY

Returns are granted within 7 days from the date you receive the item. All returns must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unused and tags still attached to the item. Please include original packaging. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items which are damaged or defective may also be returned within 7 days of received date.

Final sale and discounted items cannot be returned.

All Refunds require proof of purchase the receipt/invoice and the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. Please note, shipping costs are Non-refundable. Adeli’ann Deyu will cover the return shipping charges of all approved returns.

Adeli’ann Deyu is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will let you know if the return is approved and when to expect your refund on your original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days from the refund date for the bank to process the payment.
